needs for the County and Gloucester Public Schools. |

Small Purchasing Procedures, which was adopted by the Board of
Supervisors in 1988, and revised March 7, 2000. |

We maintain a master file of all
State Contracts that are of interest to Gloucester County and
the School Board. |

We have an
electronic database of all potential bidders/vendors. |
|
|
We
participate in cooperative bidding with other counties whenever
possible.

|
We obtain needs/services
locally to support our economy whenever practical. |
|
|
Our goal is to save every
tax dollar possible on procurement and redeploy these
"saved dollars" to value-added activities such as
education, infrastructure projects, police and fire
protection. |
