COACHES & OFFICIALS

Volunteer coaches & referees are needed for all basketball, softball, field hockey & soccer leagues.  Training is provided.  The pay is not good, but the rewards are GREAT!  A super way to contribute to the youth of your community. For information on volunteering call Billy Moore at 693-1262.

SOCCER PLAYTIME

STAR WINTER GAMES

For ages 6-18.  A program for kids with special needs.  Wheelchair bound kids welcome. Fun games & sports, noncompetitive but challenging, provided by volunteer coaches.  Children participate according to their needs.  The program is individualized for each participant to best help them physically and for their enjoyment and self esteem. The participants must wear tennis shoes. WHIFFLEBALL

For ages 4&5 as of Sep 30, 2010. This league for boys and girls is strictly for fun, no score or standings kept. Plastic balls and bats and a tee will be used. Coaches are on the field to help. Everyone plays the whole game & bats each inning. Teams meet 8 times, no more than twice per week. TEEBALL

For ages 6-7 as of Sep 30, 2010. This league for boys and girls is a great learning & fun experience. The fundamentals are taught to prepare players for baseball & softball.
