As of May 1, 2009 we can no longer accept 2003 USBC version building plans. All building plans will need to state they are in compliance with the 2006 Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code (USBC).

Fees for permits relating to storm damage caused by Hurricane Isabel, Tropical Storm Ernesto, and the unnamed Nor'easter of 10/6 & 10/7 will be waived through 12/31/10.  Click here to view the ordinance.
