Mission

The Clerk's Office assists the Circuit Court Judge in the execution of judicial duties by preparing, recording, and maintaining court orders, subpoenas, and pleadings. The Clerk's Office also manages the Court's docket and juries. Case-related information and court documents are provided to state, local, and federal agencies as well as to the general public, attorneys, litigants, and the media.
